5 Steps to Connect with Your Inner Voice
Quiet Your Mind and Your Soul Will Speak
Our Thinking Mind creates over 60,000 thoughts a day and 85% of them are the same thoughts we had yesterday. Our feelings and our behaviours are driven from thought. This means that 80% of what we feel and do every day is pre-programmed by habitual ways of thinking.
Without the ability to quiet the mind and switch off the thoughts, we are a prisoner to our habits and patterns. If you're ready to turn down the volume of the thoughts we are a slave to and turn up the volume on your inner voice that will guide you from its deep, authentic wisdom, here are five simple steps to get started on right away
Your Instructor
Clare Williamson is a Soul Goal Coach.
She spent 14 years living out of alignment with her own Soul Goal, overwhelmed by fear in a survival mode after experiencing a devastating rape in 2004.
After overcoming herself and 'finding her Inner Superhuman' with biohacking, personal development and spiritual work, Clare is now helping others UNLEASH from their limiting beliefs and stories, so they can leverage their personal story online to become MAGNETIC to the clients and customers they want.
Her Mission is to see 100,000 people realise their dream income and impact by doing so by 2025.
Through her Private Coaching, Speaking and Online Mynddojo, Clare helps her clients develop habits that make their success inevitable, biohack emotional trauma and identify the key strategy and marketing that leverages their personal story, so they stand out from the crowd and realise their Soul Goal in a way that also converts to income.
Clare is an ex-Muay Thai Kickboxer and a mum to three beautiful daughters and will soon publish her first book in partnership with the Iracambi Research and Conservation Centre in Brazil. Through the vehicle of her book sales, Clare aims to plant 100,000 native trees back into the critically endangered Atlantic Rainforest in Brazil and support the duplication of Iracambi's model through other Forest Fragments across the world.
She calls this a 'Hummingbird Movement' to represent the power of 'doing our part'; as the smallest bird in the forest is known in the Quechan fable to carry a single drop of water in her beak to the forest that is in flames, while all other animals stood in stunned fear.
